5. SMS/MMS Terms

• By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages from Anima.
• Message frequency varies based on your settings and activity.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• For help, reply HELP or contact anima.alerts@gmail.com.
• SMS consent is not required to use or purchase the Service.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major US carriers.

6. AI-Generated Content

• Anima provides AI-generated responses that may not always be accurate or complete.
• The Service is provided for informational and productivity purposes only.
• You should not rely on Anima for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Anima AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
